We were looking at a few flooring companies to get multiple estimates on new hardwood flooring. We decided to stop into Flooring America as one last option just to browse and potentially get an estimate. We are so glad we made the decision to stop. We were met by Mark H., who greeted us with a warm smile and genuine sincerity. Working with Mark was a breath of fresh air! He listened to our needs and made sure we looked at a variety of products and samples before we made a decision. The flooring we selected is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier! Mark is professional, attentive and places high priority on customer service. Normally, my google reviews aren’t this lengthy, but I had to share our very positive experience with others who are in the market for flooring. Thanks Mark!

The team at Flooring America is terrific. Dustin set us up with new wood and carpet for the downstairs. It was challenging as the space is the home gym, office and home theater:) The wood and carpet installers were outstanding- fast, thorough and knowledgeable. The prices for material and installation were very reasonable. Because of the company's large network of suppliers, we didn't have to wait long for materials and installation.

First time purchasing carpet through Flooring America. Replaced all carpet in house at one time. Mark was knowledgeable and personable.nPricing was excellent, and installers did a great job and on time. Could not be happier.

Aaron and team came into our home & did outstanding job, had one plank not laying right, Mark & Aaron got in touch with us and back the next day to fix it. Just ordered carpet and had it installed. Love the carpet! Mark was so helpful and he kept us updated on everything from the beginning. I would highly recommend!
