Went in today to purchase a couch. We worked with Megan and she was amazing!!! I had one in mind walking in, but Megan, noticing that we had three sons with us and, pointed us in a better direction. She was honest and explained to me my better options as far as durability and fabric type that could withstand our growing boys and their messes! Very excited to receive our couch in less than two weeks!!!

I purchased my recliners in March 2019. I was advised that the platinum protection plan would cover mechanisms. I realize the changing port is not exactly what makes the chair recline but its apart of it. Now it doesnt work and its not covered in the plan i purchased, imagine that!! I spent a lot of money on my furniture and 2 years later something isn't working or covered.

Amy was great! We were buying a new couch and couldn’t make up our mind right away, but Amy was so kind and helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed, yet wasn’t hovering over us! Great experience!

Our experience with Ashley has been great. Our sales consultant Megan helped us to get just the items we wanted and the customer service has been above and beyond. Thank you Megan and thank you Ashley! I am enjoying my office chairs and our little one is excited about her new bed. 5 stars all around.
