We purchased a couch a year go and absolutely love it. Much better than the old, cheep couch we had. Definitely was worth investing in. A year later, we went back to buy a nice sectional. Pricy, but American made, quality furniture. Sales reps are always helpful and give as many discounts as they can!

My mom and I were looking for furniture for her new apartment. We went to LA-Z-BOY and BOY are we glad we did. Karen our salesperson (more like a friend) guided us throughout the store. She helped us find everything we needed! It was an excellent shopping experience! We had a ball! Can’t wait to have everything delivered!nThanks Karen we so appreciate the help!

Tracey and Nancy were extremely helpful in assisting us to make choices for new family room furniture. They gave excellent advice when I asked for it, and were very patient when I had moments of indecision.nnBecause we were pleased with the service we got from La-Z-Boy in the past, we came back to them when we were looking for a TV cabinet. After being told that the cabinet we ordered was in the warehouse, and would be delivered in 6 weeks, we received a call telling us it would 4 months!!! And when those 4 months were over, I received another call that it would be 2 more months!!! Instead of 6 weeks, it had taken 6 months for our TV cabinet to arrive. We are very frustrated with the delay.nnIn addition to that, the legs on our kitchen table and chairs that we ordered during our first visit, keep coming loose and we continually have to keep tightening them. Our satisfaction with La-Z-Boy has considerably lessened.

We walked into the store and were greeted by an associate, Aaron, right away. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a recliner, after a little for information, he showed us another one that was exactly what we wanted! Unfortunately, we had to leave in a hurry, so Aaron gave us his business card so that we could call him Sunday to place our order. Aaron was very friendly and yet professional. We appreciated that he didn’t just try to make a mega sale; he listened to what we wanted and helped us order it!nn(We are looking forward to getting 30 years out of these chairs, like what we got out of the one we are replacing!)

Willie is a very knowledgeable sales associate who spent a lot of time with me picking out the perfect recliner. I really appreciate his expertise and patience with my indecision. When we found the right one, we both knew it! Thanks, Willie, for making this purchase easy for me!
