Furniture Row - Living

I would not recommend Furniture Row. Sofa fell apart after 6 mo and they did nothing to help me. Terrible customer service, If they had less than one star rating option I would’ve selected that.

We have bought a ton of furniture/decor in sofa mart and our experience was great!! Sales people are all very nice and they try to make it fair. I am very picky about my furniture and they are good with dealing with me lol Thanks to the nice delivery drivers as well for putting up with me! Research your furniture before you buy, it will help you!

Amina helped my wife and I pick out an awesome sectional sofa set for our new house. Plus the manager Eric was able to give us a great deal on some clearance pieces they had in the back. The icing on the cake was that Amina followed up with us after about a month to make sure we loved our couch. Truly exceptional customer service. Such an awesome experience I will never buy any furniture unless it’s from Amina at Furniture Row.

Very hard to get anyone's attention.

Amina was wonderful to work with! Would recommend her highly if you are looking for furniture. We bought 2 couches & 2 recliners from her due to her knowledge and friendly personality!
