Furniture Row - Bedroom

Bought a whole house of furniture last August when we bought our new house. When they come to drop it off the guys that delivered it cut one of our couch cushions. We called the store that next day and we just got the run around from everyone. It has now been over 6 months and my couch is still cut and everytime we have called to get some answers, we get no answers. Do not waste your money here. You're better off shopping online since they offer no customer service here.

Attempted to purchase new living room furniture, as I recently purchased a new home and needed more seating. Upon delivery, the drivers attempted to bring in the sofa 2 ways (breaking my glass light enclosure in the ceiling in the process), then walked around and determined it couldn't be done and hauled it away. After multiple attempts to get them to make this right, the store manager, Eric, has been unable to provide anything resembling a fair offer. (Their district manager has not returned my most recent voicemail.) Offering to leave my white couch out in the elements all day, requiring me to hire my own movers (which would not be reimbursed), or coming to pick it up myself if I still wanted it all add to my out of pocket costs and further inconvenience me. Despite the downright unpleasant experience of working with them, I was willing to give them a commission. All I asked was that they deliver it at a convenient time for my moving crew. Should they be unable to make this right, they'll have lost any further business from me. Do business with them at your own risk.

Nice and friendly, service was fast and easy. I will be back.
