Furniture Row - Dining

My family and I furnished our new home with the help of Oak Express. Kevin served us and represented Oak Express very well. It was a pleasure working with him. NO pressure sales. Good advice given. And he took the extra time to talk fishing with me. :-)

We ordered 2 dining room chairs with the help of Nicole Dolan. She was very professional and helpful. After receiving these chairs and saw the quality we ordered two more and had them in less than a week. Great customer service!.

Bought a bookcase. Found damage to bottom front as we were getting ready to unload at home. Had to return it to store and order a new one. Disappointing the store did not offer any compensation for the huge inconvenience we experienced. The damage should have been caught before they loaded onto our vehicle.

I've bought new furniture from at least every year for about 10 years now, wonderful salesmen & saleswomen to work with. Thanks Tim.

I would give this zero stars if possible. Horrible experience - poor quality on furniture which was delayed. No followup. No response. Will never purchase from here again!
