Grand Appliance and TV

We found out today that the 25 year old dryer had motored its last turn. I called a local shop and found out that they had no gas dryers in stock. I put my name on a list with no assurance of dryer deliveries. Am appliance repair man said that Grand might be a good store to inquire. Within an hour of my phone call, I know when it will be delivered and have already paid for it. I am very pleased with ease of purchase!

I bought Speed Queen washer. Delivery and set up was most efficient! The two men were very respectful to covid regulations. Very positive regarding Grand Appliance sales staff etc. I ought a top load washer and love it! +Nice to have good quality in an appliance again, like the old Maytag I had years ago!

Excellent product knowledge with competitive prices

We were pleasantly surprised at their ability to compete with Best Buy. Grand was able to get appliances we wanted quicker than Best Buy during the pandemic. Very helpful and knowledgeable salespeople. We would use them again and recommend them to others.
