I needed help finding a laptop to do some lower level gaming. Not having much knowledge about computers, they were able to point me in the right direction! Connor was patient with all my questions and was able to talk with me through them. I also ALWAYS go here with issues I had for my previous laptop- they were always able to guide me in the direction I needed to take. Highly recommend.

I went in today to see about getting my old laptop fixed, but knowing that it may not be worth it. They were very helpful, talking me through what the cost and time would be to fix the old one verses getting a new one, and showing me the various options available. The salesman was able to answer all of my questions and helped me fine the laptop I needed. I bought the old laptop from them years ago, and I will continue to go back for any future needs.nnThe shop is clean, well lit, and the staff are always friendly without being pushy. There was no fast-talking, up-selling attitude, and I was able to find the best machine for me.

We had trouble finding someone in Clinton to work on our computers. I used to do all my computer work but since moving back to Iowa I don't have the equipment, have trouble with my hands, and don't have new software. They are very fast, the work is reliable, and they are patient and honest. One of the computer only needed a hard drive wipe with new windows install. We were going to put a new hard drive in it and they said that one was fine and refunded a balance. You rarely find that in any business. Thank you very much! You will see more business from me a my friends.
