T-Mobile

Moved to their network about 18 months ago. Best service out of three different companies we have used I in the past 20 yrs. Veterans discount was appreciated.

T Mobile/Sprint promoting a free phone is bunk. If you pay off the phone of the difference they give you your still under a 2 year contract. If you break it they will bill you of the difference of their $800 they gave you. Total misrepresentation..

I signed up four a 4 line plan and got 4 new phones. One of the phones had to be ordered and I was given a sim card to install when the phone came in. The phone still didn't work so I came back to the store to get it working but was told that because of a system problem only my wife was an authorized user. When she called to add me she just got a message that there would be a 90 minute wait. So now I have a phone that won't work and T mobile will do nothing to fix it because their system screwed up. Worst customer service I have ever had. No one there is willing to do anything to help their customers
