Was given false information. Was told was getting a credit, plus buy one get one free. After 3 trips to the store because wrong phonesto get correct phones and back again because they transferred the wrong numbers to the phones. Then discovered we didn't get credits we were promised and they didn't give us the buy one get one free. Called and spoke to the manager and she said she would check into it and call back. Evan that didn't happen. Worse dealings I ever had.nAs anyone can see, the owner reached out and asked me to contact him. I did and he didn't bother contacting me.

Great experience Courtney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, made for a smooth and fast process.

Very unprofessional. They dont know what they’re doing and they dont greet you when you come in. They dont keep track of people coming in. Terrible experience never had this experience at any other tmobile.
