Got mom set up with a new jitterbug phone + an urgent response device. The girls where great explained everything to mom and made her more comfortable with getting the device. I feel better knowing she has help at the touch of a button.nNo device installed in your home it all runs from your cell phone perfect.

A good place to go. Staff was helpful. I had a semi bad experience where I bought a open box pc however there diagnostic software doesn't check for bad video cards. Every time a game or video rendering was launched the system would crash. This could of been avoided if they actually checked for that

we went to best buy intending to buy two new i phones. After being there for 2 hours working with two different salesmen we found out one of the phones was not the price they said it would be. In fact was twice the amount. needless to say this was very frustrating and we left with no phones.We spoke to the manager but he was not able to help. we will not be returningnnand, of course after a couple of weeks... no response either.
