I highly recommend not going with tmobile. I am, was a long time customer with sprint and never had any issues. Then came tmobile merge and a train wreck. I had 2 LG phone just over a year old and shortly after the merge nothing but dropped calls, broken conversations, it was a pain. Spent 2 weeks dealing with tech support and since I couldn't have a Phone conversation it meant chatting for hours and hours with no good results. The last conversation I had was on the phone when I was told my phones wouldn't work with the new upgrades of the towers. They set up an appointment to take them in and exchange them with 2 new phones at no charge. Sounded fair. Went to the store and sales rep showed the buy 1 get 1 free and since we were turning in the 2 phones we had we was getting a $312 for each phone that could be used to pay off the phone we would be getting billed for. Great. Not after the 2 week period when I got the billing with no credit and the buy 1 get 1 free was only for adding a new line. So in the end the sales rep can say anything they want and they don't have to honor it or return your old phones to go elsewhere to get service.

Me and my family do the unlimited basic for $150 yet we are paying over $355 not only that but my phone bill went from $60 to $95 so I'm just trying to figure out why we are being charged so much more than the promised total.

Got a new phone for mom. I get the best help from this location. I get honest answers and fast but never hurried attention from the staff.

Just stopped in to ask some questions about our phones. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Did almost purchase a new phone, but I can't justify the cost of them. So my questions were answered and now I will call our internet provider to get some resolution. Nice store and will go back.

They need to have more than 2 freaking people working after 5 pm . Got there at 6 . Wasn't even greeted or anything . Walked out
