I walk inside to be escorted out by some middle aged white lady who was was rudely telling me that the door was supposed to be locked and I shouldn’t be inside. As a doordasher I’ve never been treated with such disrespect or greeted with such an attitude any where I’ve been. Get it together guys. Your mistake isn’t mine!

What happened to there donut size they have shrunk. They were good but way small

SLOW! Be prepared to wait in line for 30 minutes or more. Gave 2 stars because staff has always been friendly and food has been consistent.

It’s time to open the store. Silly you don’t allow walk in service at this point and the signage is so small you can’t see it until you reach the door. Sitting in the drive thru watching patron after patron walk to the door and then depart. Drive thru is painfully slow. And the attendant is rude.

Ask for my money even tho I ordered and paid on the app. Line is slow and half the time someone is standing at window waiting while 2 people I can see making all the orders. I cant believe why Illinois let's people come in and pick up and the iowa locations wont.
