Panera Bread

There are two locations on the davenport side, the other being at north park mall. Both have the same owners, but a few things happen consistently at the Elmore location versus the other:n1. They run out of ciabatta bread. If you come after lunch its about 50-50 whether they’re out. Seems like there’s an easy fix, but...n2. They run out of coffee. They use a system where they allow creamer, condiments and coffee to run out and get alerted to this by the customer. Very efficient.n3. Their dining area gets filthy. If you want a clean table you’ll have to clean it with a napkin. Your dirty dishes are piled on top of a towering day’s worth of dirty dishes. Also very efficient.

Great food, great environment. The service was fast and the bathroom was really clean which is important when I am studying. Great work!

I love their food! The staff is very friendly. Very happy they recruited door dash to deliver orders!!!

Ordering online is worst than ordering in person. My food was for rapid pick up. I placed order at 9:16 am. The order tracker said my order would be ready by 9:23. At 9:36 my order was not where it needed to be and my food was cold and sloppy. I was better off going to McDonald's.

Their coffee is terrible, don't get the coffee subscription. Waste of money.nThe staff is to lazy to even follow the instructions about how much milk or sugar you want.nThey should have stuck to soup and sandwiches. What a shame now I've has such bad experiences with my coffee and the staff arguing with me when I ask them to fix it ill never eat here again.nPoor management in my opinion. Staff needs to be trained to always listen to the customer.
