Corporate neglected to book hotel room leaving us alone to figure it out. Once we were able to contract the guys here everything went smoothly. Good thing for the local men.

They need to start fixing red tags, they been there for a while

hot shower, great coffee, cool staff, friendly co workers. overall attitude makes a difference.

I was supposed to have cabinets delivered between 8-12. At 11:50 there had been no pre-call. I called them. Was told they were at stop prior to mine but she couldn't tell me where that stop was. After 30 more minutes of waiting for a call I called to try and reschedule drop off. They said they couldn't do that until the delivery driver called me and I confirmed I wasn't going to take the delivery. Meanwhile on that call delivery driver finally calls and is 25 minutes away. My delivery is over am hour late and I have had to move an appointment that I had scheduled for the afternoon due to this companies horrible service. What is the point of a 4 hour window? Why do I need to confirm with delivery person for a reschedule when the company is at fault. Wish I had a choice on delivery options. Extremely unhappy with service and response of company.
