Came here because my husband lost his phone last night and he has to have a phone to run his business. The hours on this page and on the door said closes at 7pm. We arrived at 5:20pm and the worker was locking up. My husband asked her if she could let him come in and get a phone and she turned him down telling him of another location that was open. The other location is over 15 miles away! Granted we'll get there in time but now we're that much farther from home. If the store is going to be closed early then it should be posted. Highly annoyed for wasting my time.

I wanted to get another phone because my phone is acting up they wouldn't even allow me.

The only reason I even gave two stars is because the customer service was decent otherwise I'm highly dissatisfied. $250 for a phone that cuts off and won't turn back on and I have to wait 3 days to get a new phone ud83dude12 instead of refunding the money so I could buy a different one. I will be finding new service to switch to.

We've had some mixed experiences here but each time we've gone into the store with questions or concerns Lizz has been helpful and has tried her best to resolve our issue or concern. I'd recommend this store.
