Einstein Bros Bagel

I always get the Caribou drinks which are great I love them but the Einstein's Bagels could use some worknThe first time I wait here I got a bagel sandwich with Crispy Chicken. The breading on the chicken could be wiped off really easy it was kind of gross. You could tell that the chicken had been microwaved. It was something I might have made myself when I was in college not something I would ever eat again. Today I thought I would try something different and got a french toast bagel with cream cheese on it. This is one of my favorite things to get when I'm craving something sweet. At first I thought it was a little salty which was a little odd but it was fine. As I went on it started getting an onion flavor which I did not enjoy it all. I'm not sure if it just sat next to and onion Bagel or if it got a little bit of an onion mix in it but it was definitely gross.nThe service is good and they're always very nice but the food just is not up to par so I think I'm going to have to pass on this place from now on.

Always consistent with a smile. Erin is wonderful here. She is always happy and goes out of her way to say hello to the regulars. Keeps me coming back!

Very good coffee. Maybe the best of the big chains? I always get good customer service here. Atmosphere is cozier than Scooters SW and bigger and more private than Starbucks SW. Love their food options from Einstein Bros as well. Bagels are not as good as Panera's but when used in their sandwiches, the result is very good. Try the Nova Lox...crazy menu item (if you aren't from NYC) but crazy good!!

Great place to go and have coffee. Nice to be able to sit and relax at your own pace. I did not feel like I was being rushed out like some other coffee places make you feel. Blended (fraps) actually have a coffee taste to them. Staff was very nice. I recommend this establishment.
