Movers were excellent. Handled items with care. Workers were so polite! Don’t rely on the estimate though. We agreed to an estimate that was pretty close to our budget. David assured us that although it was an estimate, he wasn’t trying to take advantage. If we were able to move some items on our own and the job was less than estimated, we would be charged the lower amount. So we moved all of our beds (4 bedrooms), our couch and a large armchair. All of which had been included on the estimate with taking apart and putting back together at the new house. We also moved the entire kitchen ourselves because it had been the room with the most estimated boxes. We were so happy that we had saved so much time on the estimate and were hopeful that we had decreased our moving costs closer to our budgeted amount. At the end of our moving day, David presented us with a bill that was $580 more than the high end of the estimate (125%). The work was completed so we had no choice but to pay the difference although it certainly wasn’t our fault that his estimate was so far off. Imagine if we hadn’t done so much of the heavy lifting ourselves!! Would have been helpful to be kept updated that we were getting close to the top of the estimate and what measures could be taken to minimize the overage.nnWould recommend Honor Movers for the quality but don’t trust the estimate. Plan to spend more.

Honor Movers were exceptionally professional, took great care with my items, and worked quickly and efficiently. Their final price came in well within the estimate, even though I asked them to move a few last minute items that were a bit cumbersome. If I ever planned to move again I would hire them back in a heartbeat! Also, they are just great guys who are trustworthy with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend them!
