Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip

I was in the mood for insomnia but this place was closer so we decided to try— went about an hour before closing and most cookies were gone but we tried the m&m and normal chocolate chip and they were alright (pretty hard). We asked the employee if they could be warmed but apparently they don’t do that, I read otherwise on the website.nnThe establishment was fairly empty and looked clean in front of the counter but very busy behind and not very clean. Personally, I don’t think I will be visiting again. You’re better off baking cookies at home.

Great place to grab a cookie if you’re craving it. My favorite was the s’mores cookie. Staff was friendly and the prices were decent. I haven’t tried any of the drinks yet but I’ll be sure to test them next time I stop by!

Appearance is everything. The cookies were ok. I had better cookies. The ladies who work there need uniforms and need to pull their hair up or something. Anyplace that works with food should not have employees who look a mess. I was observing the place also as it was my first time going there. It could be a lot more cleaner. It just looked dirty and unkept behind the counter. I sure you’ll claim they clean up after work however the way the floor and counter looked, seem like they never been cleaned.

Great place to grab a warm cookie and milk! I am very glad that this place came to Avon. Seriously so delicious, 100% recommend.

One star because the cookie was good ! This was my first time going and I ordered two frappes and a cookie! The frappes had no taste at all of the flavor it was suppose to be, they were very watery and was not good at all ! So I went back inside to ask if I can get smoothies instead ! The employee that was working (2/24//21 @ 5:25pm) was VERY rude ! She goes “what !! What is wrong with them” . I was never rude nor raised my voice until that moment ! I was very excited to try that place but I will NOT BE RETUNING !
