Let me tell you what I liked the most about Real Moving LLC; it’s their reliability. From the first time I called them till the delivery was made; they went through every stage of this move with promptness and efficiency. The customer service was friendly and sincere. The quote was very reasonable. The movers were just excellent. Their truck was spacious. They used their resources accurately and delivered all my belongings on time. Nothing was broken, lost or damaged. I’m impressed with this company

Lucas is like Speedy Gonzalez when replying to all my inquiry and correspondence. Right away I knew I will use him without even knowing how much he's charging me. Good customer service is one of the trait of this company. There were 2 other movers that I inquired but they both replied later after I made the deal with Lucas. The other helpers during the move was very polite. I would recommend Real Movers if you are moving in anywhere in CT area or moving out to different state. He also recommended good Brazilian barbecue place. :)

The Real Moving LLC was excellent from the time they arrived for the move out of my previous home. They packed, moved and placed into storage all of my furniture and personal belongings until my new home was ready. They delivered all of my belongings and placed them in their new locations without incident. I would use Real Moving LLC if I should ever need to move again. Lucas was recommended last minute and I’m so glad he was. Pleasant to work with. He safely came in person (as opposed to big movers who all did virtual) and was super helpful to assess exactly how much we had and quickly provided an estimate. He also helped us work through best move dates for multiple closes to minimize costs. My wife and I felt immediately it was the right choice. His pricing was very fair and did not throw in any last minute charges. If anything, Lucas offered more last minute and flexible. Everything was up and up. His crew worked well and got the job done. Really didn’t run into any issues. Highly recommend.

Great customer service on the phone and in person. Super helpful and answered all my questions. Lucas survey was very accurate (no surprises on the final bill). The move out from my 2 bedroom apartment was very smooth and 3 months later they delivered our furniture to our new place and move in was smooth as the move out . Thanks for good work . I definitely recommend!
