Old, not kept up, last time we will stay there

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I was shocked at the price compared to the level of hotel it is. Big spacious rooms with seating separate from bedroom. Staff is so friendly and helpful! Definitely will be back!

I don't know where to begin because it was all bad!nNo linens for pull out sofa, tried calling front desk multiple times and no answer.nCame back to room at 930pm and my room was not serviced. I was not told that I had to request it at check-in. The room was old, dated, did not smell clean. THERE WAS A HOLE ON THE SHOWER CEILING!nWent to front desk for towels (because they refuse to answer the phone). Megan and her sidekick at the front desk not answering phones and we're not busy at all, I asked for management and they responded with a rude tone. Poor customer service!!nNo parking at the hotel. Management blame it on the restaurant, but it came from all the people coming for the parties.nPeople outside my room smelling like weed and screaming all night.nThere was a party on the top floor with disco lights! I finally got fed up and decided to leave at 4:30am due to the lack of sleep and all the noise and chaos. This hotel is NOT for anyone traveling with children.nThere's no security! Beer/liquor in elevator, elevator smell like weed, kids running around everywhere. I was also in the lobby when a young mom was distraught and angry due to her and her kids attacked by teenagers with water balloons! Who the heck runs an establishment like this!! After this visit, I will NO longer stay at any Hilton hotels.

We attempted to call prior to booking online to make sure the pool and hot tub pictured on the website were open. After being on hold for 30 minutes we gave up, rolled the dice and booked. Upon arrival there was a line nearly out the door of the large lobby. The pool was closed due to a broken heating element. The hot tub pictured had not been there in years. The front desk worker was apologetic and called another local hotel with a pool to see if they had any rooms. When they did not we ended up keeping our room. But when we got to it there were wet spots and a red stain on the carpet. There were no other rooms and we were stuck staying in it. (Room 431) The mini-refrigerator door would not shut. While the staff were all nice, truth in advertising or a discount would have been nice too. I would not recommend this hotel unless many changes were made.

NO HOT TUB! I’m not blaming the hotel itself on this, they do the best they can. It’s the Hilton corporation that somehow decided it was a good idea to remove the hot tub from all their properties’ pools.ud83eudd14 Only reason it’s a 2/5 not 1/5 is the hotel actually still had the atrium lobby unlike new Embassy Suites. That’s literally why people stay at Embassies is the unique atrium feature. Hilton is dropping the ball! ud83cudfc0
