Tombigbee Electric Co-Op

My family and I proudly being clients for several years. I’ve never seen a company work so hard to look out for its customers. Mid-February 2021, after us being hit by two massive winter storms back to back, causing 3500+ power outages across the region; Tombigbee has worked consistently in below freezing temperatures with both Ice and snow to severe their customers & restore power. They are easy to work with, reasonably priced, and endlessly devoted to their clients.nnSome people can not be pleased. However, 10/10 Definitely recommend!

Very poor customer service my Wi-Fi keeps going out every single day and every single day they can't fix it absolutely ridiculous this company's even in business

They will cut you off over $.44, and 1 day. They dont care. If there was another company we could use, we would switch.

The power is in and out constantly. We have six kids that suffer because of it and it will be a clear sunny day and the power just goes off for no apparent reason. If we had another option for a power company we would immediately cut this one off.

I wish I didn’t have to put a star, they have ran me and my family around the bush to get power to our new house we have been staying in out of a hotel because it’s too cold and when they finally come to set the poles to run the power they leave to go deer hunting.
