TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The head manager, who is a guy, started to take my order and in the middle of me ordering, he walks off and has another employee take over and I tried telling her how I wanted my drink which was with no ice and she told me I couldn’t have it that way and they were going to put light ice in it then he comes over with my drink slams it on the counter!! The tea I had ordered was strait syrup and so strong even my boyfriend choked on it. They need to learn how customer service works!! And how to run a restaurant! And if you look at the past reviews, there has been plenty of people that have experienced bad customer service too! So don’t go there!

First time at this location. I was getting for myself and someone else. What I wanted was straight from the menu. And for the other order I asked if Soy milk was available. But only almond milk was. No big deal, regular milk was fine but the cashier was going to make it with almond milk anyway. And then she rolled her eyes when I was trying to tell her regular milk and tried to rush my order. And she stopped and corrected what was going on when I told her to hold on and stop because she was being rude. And then that's when she listened and took my order.

Every time i go to this location, the manager (tall chubby dark haired guy) mean mugs me the whole time I'm in the building and doesn't use manners or return greetings. He also barely mixes my coffees and slams them on the counter when their done. He is completely unwelcoming. I've been nothing but respectful to everyone in the building every time go in. Idk if it's because of my tattoos, my skin color, or both but I've had a multiple complaints similar to mine from those who look like me. The women I talk to about it never seem to have the problems I do. Neither do my friends who aren't white. Starting to feel like this location is prejudice against white males.

This is one of the most unprofessional dunkin stores ever.nnThey poorly pack food for pickup.nPutting drinks on the bottom together with the food.nnVery sad, it spilled all over in my car and even the bag was liking before I got it from them.nnBad experience with these guys.nnThey are other Dunkin’ Donuts around, I am over these guys
