Terrible place dont rely on them for a party
I just had a warm stale cookie sundae with a cherry that tasted like cough syrup...awesone
The woman they had working this past Saturday (7/6) may have been the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in my life. She looked visibly high and couldn't grasp any thing I said when asked what I wanted in my sundae. I repeated my simple request several times and she acted as if I were speaking Klingon. I gave up and left. I will not return.
As soon as the clock stuck 9 we were kicked out. We didn't walk in at 9, we were already sitting and enjoying our rocky road ice cream. We were about finished when the worker continuously told us that they were closed and that we had to quickly leave. She apologized once and they had already shut off somr lights at 8:53. While we were still sitting at the table. I work in the food industry and I would have never shoved customers out. There is no reason to treat anyone like that.
