The two gentlemen who checked out my hot tub immediately figured out there was nothing wrong with it and told me so, avoiding unnecessary cost. I needed to learn the controls. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated and I will definitely call them in the future!
We love our pool and the customer service from Aquality has been wonderful. From the purchase of the pool, the installation, and now the maintenance, these guys have been nothing but professional and helpful. Thank you Steven for being so patient and nice with all of our phone calls and questions!

Pretty close to the worst service I have ever received for the amount of money that I spent at a business. In just under a month I spent a little more than $900. The last thing I bought was a pool filter that cost over $600 dollars. The filter never worked right. The manager basically said that I or someone at my house broke it and then said if he could help with anything else let him.
Friendly helpful people who don't mind to take their time to help you understand how their products work,and how to use them. I have been back to the store several times and its always the same. Polite and helpful....After purchasing my spa it was set up and running in less than 5 hours. It don't get much better than that.
