The staff was great. They were all professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions without pressuring us to make a purchase. No long wait to get our purchase and it arrived on time as scheduled. The delivery guys were also professional and took extra care bringing our purchase in and setting it up. We love the sectional and ottoman we purchased. It’s very comfortable and well made.

Best customer service I have experienced. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have never been pressured into making a purchase. Just purchased at power reclining loveseat and the customer service and people were amazing without being too pushy. I would definitely recommend this store 110% great customer service and super nice. Ill definitely be returning for more purchases in the future.

So here’s the thing we went in during the BOGO deal. We asked numerous questions prior to making any decisions. We were told all we had to do was buy a mattress and then we could get other products and all at retail for it to count. So basically 1 dollar spent was 1 dollar earned. So we picked out a mattress that was 4022$ without the box spring and by the way we went to Ashley furniture down the road and saved 1500$!!!! So we picked out couches and a recliner at retail value being 2900!!!!! So guess what the total was??? 4800!!! Then instead of being told or explained why it went up during a BOGO deal and which was explained to get as much as you want totaling the mattress we were told to just finance?! No thanks we have 10k in the account and decided to get it all at Ashley’s furniture. Good riddance.

My mom and I went to see what they and the lady that waited on us was a very big help. She helped my mom get what she wanted that was within her payment range. She has an account there anyway and they are always very helpful and good to her when she goes there. She alsohelped me out with getting an acct set up for my purchase. The lady in the office was also a big help. The staff was great and very helpful.
