If you go to Ashley’s home furnishing store in Bluefield be sure to ask for Kimberly Morrison she is the best sales rep I have ever met not only did she take her time to get me a good deal on the furniture I bought which was 2 beds and three nightstands but she was kind and considerate these are qualities in short supply these days. Ashley home furnishing store has my business because of her!! Now get that women a raise she earned it!
Staff are friendly! I love the arrangement of the furnitures! My husband & I like a sofa & loveseat online, so I went to the store to see the actual piece & the price was much lower than the price online. The sales rep who assisted me, Kim told me the reason why the price went down & was just plain honest. No long story, not beating around the bush.
The service is excellent! Sales reps are very helpful! Would highly recommend them if you’re looking for furniture!
I will never ever buy furniture from Ashley’s again. They’ve done nothing but give me the runaround over my furniture for 3 months and every time I call it’s something new. After selling me a lamp that was a fire hazard and ultimately refusing to let me exchange it - a few phone calls later and we were able to get it done. They’ve had our coffee table since before thanksgiving and just informed us they noticed it was damaged and have to order a new one so I guess there’s another 2 months we will be waiting!!!! They don’t care about their customers, just the money!
Ashley Home store had exactly what I wanted and it was very affordable.
