Customer service is outstanding! I’m very picky when it comes to my nails because I can’t afford to get them done often. But the woman who did my nails did exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations.

Showed up at 5:50 walked out at 6:20. I signed in wanting WAX, pedi, fill-in. I sit there and waited. 4-5 people walked in behind me with appointments. So I understand that. Another person walked in and said they was going to get eyebrows waxed only. So he sent them to the back and they was next. Now that’s what upset me. I signed in for 3 services. If they was able to do that persons wax without an appointment right then... why couldn’t they do my wax first. Then work me in with the other services. So I wasted time here. He did say when I signed out “don’t have time?”nI said “no I have the time. I asked for a pedi mani and wax. I understand someone having an appointment goes first. What I don’t understand if you have time for her wax. Why not get mine done and over with. I’ll find somewhere else.”
