The other day my wife ordered a birthday cake for our soon to be 2 year old daughter. We have ordered cakes here before and were pleased with the results. The cake was $25 and was supposed to be themed after the movie Frozen. Today we went to pick up the cake and its was almost comical how horrible this cake looked. There was what appeared to be a house drawn on it. Our daughters name had been mispelled and there was a half-hearted attempt to correct it. It looked HORRIBLE. Even one of the employees agreed. We gave the cake to the manager who insisted it looked fine. She then offered to have the same decorator refrost the cake. Needless to say we never left with the cake and are now making our own.
Do not recommend to anyone. I've ordered a few cakes from walmart bakery in summersville at least a month in a vance, and each time was a bad experiences on the behalf of bakery management.nThey need new management, and to step it up!
