It's aggravating that I can't get an answer OR an answering machine in two days now. A funeral home gave me a cell number for someone also but I haven't gotten an answer to rings or texting. Everything may just be great with their service but I'm 120 miles away and not being able to reach them is frustrating. Maybe I'm overlooking it but I don't see an email, a website for contacting or even a fax number. I see the only other reviewer is pretty negative but they did get my dad's stone set nicely so no complaint there. The VA plaque footstone not being set seven months after the burial is my problem. They have had the payment since a week after I was given the figure and the plaque for at least four months. It's confusing how the three cemetery businesses at virtually the same location are seemingly connected and I don't know if there is another option for their services.
people running this place not very friendly after they get your money, it took weeks before they would set up monument after promising day after day that “we’ll do it today” and they charged us 897.00 and charged someone else 100.00....and they damaged the monument and claimed it was damaged when it was delivered.Wrong !! We stopped and looked at it after it was delivered and before they set it up.....so I’d think twice before I chose this place!
