Great prices. Outstanding delivery and set-up. I was extremely impressed with the courtesy and kindness of the delivery men. I will definitely shop here again.
While we didn't make a purchase, I did notice that they have furnishings in all.price ranges. We opted to buy our bedroom furniture elsewhere, but have chosen a table and chairs that we are planning on returning to buy. Friendly and helpful sales staff
Everyone was very nice and helpful.
In September we purchased a Fairfield Raymond swivel chair to match one we had from Kelly at Jack's. When it was delivered we had concerns, it was not a total match, apparently some changes had been made with the design (stitching pattern). Jack's contacted the manufacturer and made it right. The chairs now match. Outstanding customer service. We could not be happier with the product and the customer care Jack's provided.
ALL the staff here is extremely contemporary as far as they treat you and all they serve like family. They have the best old fashioned values and respect for all. They are honest and sincere with everyone. I highly recommend these folks first for your furniture needs. Unlike the local chain furniture co, Jacks has a lot more upscale and they have rock solid product for you and they have professional people that know what you may want to buy. If all else you can order on line and come down and get it.
