Purchased a S & F mattress at this store. Bar none, the best information, customer service, delivery efficiency, and overall value of any business we've visited in a very long time. To top that, the mattress, foundation, and adjustable base we purchased are amazing. Most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on and we could not possibly more satisfied with our purchase and experience. Recommend this store without reservation and plan to go back there for the mattresses we plan to purchase for our kids. Note: We had no existing relationship with this company or any of its personnel. We went there to try a mattress brand that they carry, that we saw advertised on social media. We ended up buying something different, but did business there because from the moment we walked in, we were treated so respectfully.

They really know their business. Knowledgeable , friendly and treat you right. My wife and I were slowly getting aches and body pain. I would wake up and my shoulders would ache for hours. My wife said it’s our mattress and she was right. I would compare it to slowly getting sick and not realizing when the symptoms started. We went with a Stearns & Foster. Worth every penny. AA ++ delivery as well. Thanks

This is the 3rd mattress we’ve bought from Mattress Central and we have always received 5 star service. Great deals and great service. If you need a mattress, I highly recommend!!!

yes I purchased a mattress and a box spring bed frame from mattress Central in Fairmont West Virginia a gentleman by the name of Casey brought it over he was very helpful to me I am handicapped in the wheelchair and he took and moved the old bed out of the room and put the new bed in and set up the other bed in the other room he didn't have to do that he even put my mattress cover on the bed for me he is a very polite gentleman I think his name was Casey Mitchell from the Fairmont store also the guys at the Fairmont store are very kind. they were kind to me. I am disabled. I also sent my sister over there they brought a mattress and box spring and bed and they put it up for her when they delivered it. they well respected Manor gentleman i advise anybody if you looking for good mattress and good service go to that mattress Central and Fairmont on merchant Street they are very kind and they will help you and they will deliver just like they said they would my name is Bertha Horton from Fairmont West Virginia tthank you

Tom from Fairmont WV store was AMAZING! Down to earth and wonderful to converse with. He got us set up with exactly what we needed and could afford without being pushy for higher sales amount!
