Have To Say That This Place Is Perfect In Terms Of Location, How Quite It Is And The Staff!! A Definite 5 Stars From Me. And The AGM Kayla Is Terrific!! That Woman Has A Great Heart And Knows How To Please The Guest!! A True Asset To The Company! Anyone Traveling, Or Just Looking To Get Away But Still Be In The Vicinity Of Good Food And Shopping I Would Highly Recommend Microtel Fairmont!!
My wife and I made a reservation to stay for our 16th wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were informed that they don't rent rooms to anyone that lives within a 30 mile radius. We would have appreciated this information when we called to make our reservation considering they take down your name and address. The woman at the front desk at our time of arrival was extremely polite and apologetic but whoever took our reservation needs some retraining.
non smoking room was clean and didnt smell like chemicals. Staff is friendly and covid aware.
Fantastic place to stay while on business. Great location. CLEAN, helpful & attentive staff. Will stay in future when in town.
