I would be honored to step on and revamp my review. In the past i had rated this place one star and emailed the company on numerous occasions because of lack of correctness on orders, customer service, masks, uniforms etc. But since the new management has been there i have noticed a tremendous improvement. They are very fast and nail my order every time. They are always polite and efficient. I mean. I have had to wait a few times but i could not be upset, because i could tell they were training. Their training was super strict from what i could tell. I'm just amazed and want to make it known. Keep it up!
The workers are not wearing masks and are eating and drinking behind the counter. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service .
Overall good place. Drinks are good. Drive through usually takes longer than I'd like but they get the orders correct.
Usually have an amazing experience at this Dunkin’ donuts but today was super unusual. My boyfriend and I ordered our breakfasts and hot coffees, our coffees were made properly but just lukewarm, not hot at all. The food I could tell they just threw into the bag, and it wasn’t busy. My bagel sandwich was all throughout the bag & same with the hash browns, & donut bites. Usually don’t have a bad experience here but today it wasn’t good at all, very disappointing.
Go there constantly and I love their coffee. Super nice staff
