My boss called & booked my appointment bc she knew this was exactly what I needed. She is a patron as well. They worked me in the very next day & my experience was unbelievable, start to finish! She really took the time to work out my trouble spots. Thank you!
Had Kristen for the relaxation massage. Definitely would recommend her. I walked out feeling so much better. Highly recommend for anyone stressed out from school or work
I called May 5th and listened to the instructions on how to schedule an appointment on Google. Went on Google and set my appointment for Saturday May 9th at 12:00. Friday I received a confirmation email, which I responded. Booked a hotel was driving from VA to WV for the pedicure. At 5 pm a women from the Salon called to tell me that she does not book appointments through Google and said she had to cancel and asked if I could come next week. Told her that I had a hotel booked and was just leaving my home to head toward Lewisburg. She said sorry but I am booked its their fault for putting her schedule on Google. Worthless company who only returns phone calls to cancel.
I called and no one answered and immediately the receptionist called back and fit me in at the end of the day. The facility was very clean and the employees were very hospitable offering me a refreshing drink as I waited. The mood was very serene like a spa should be. Even though it was the end of the day she still continued to be polite and friendly, no rushing me out the door. I will definately come back.
I had such a great time getting my nails done. My nails look so great. I couldn’t thank the spa more for my nails. The nails are beautifully done and couldn’t get them better anywhere else. The costumer service was spectacular! Thank you to the spa.
