John did a wonderful job helping my daughter choose a great bed. He was very thorough and helpful with reviewing her sleep habits and wants when it came to what she was looking for. The entire process was a pleasure. The delivery today had to be the smoothest delivery I have ever experienced. They called 30 minutes out and told me 30 to 35 minutes. They showed up, masks and gloves on, came inside and removed the old bedding and brought the new bedding in. Have a nice day and it was over and done in 6 minutes, tops. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

John went above and beyond to help us select a new mattress. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The delivery men were very polite and knowledgeable as well. And we are very satisfied with our purchase even after the first night and it has been now 3 weeks since delivery. I would highly recommend this store and John to anyone looking to purchase bedding. I worked with Judy Page in order to come up with the best option for myself. She definitely knew her stuff and products well, and actually taught me a lot about what makes up a quality mattress. Anyone who is looking for a personable, friendly, and extremely helpful saleswoman should work with Judy because she will do what it takes to make sure you leave happy and stay happy!! Thanks again, Judy!nnAs of now, I can't say anything about the quality of the delivery side of things as my mattress has not been delivered yet.

John was great salesman. He explained his products thoroughly. He was a pleasure to deal with. Delivery was on time and the delivery gentlemen were professional and friendly. John made a a followup phone call to be sure we were happy and make sure we didn't have any questions.
