Could not be happier. Our cat came down with a skin condition on her neck a few weeks before vacation and we were on the verge of forfeiting the money we had put down on a beach house to stay home with her until we found Shenandoah Paw Spa and Retreat. They are very reasonably priced and weren't annoyed when my wife called daily to check on our pet. They even texted us and sent us a few photos while we were away to ease our mind. They went above and beyond when her medicine ran out mid-week. I would highly recommend them and if the situation arises again, we would not hesitate to use them. Thank you all very much.
Pets get personal attention from pet-loving staff. A weigh-in when dropped off and a bath before pickup. Reasonable rates. Our Mini-schnauzer loves to go there.
My boisterous hound dogs stayed in their boarding facility for about 4 or 5 days. They had a great time and were in good health when we picked them up. The staff didn’t even complain about their howling. We will definitely be back.
Loved how loving they were for our Chevy girl! They took such great care of her during her very first spa treatment. They even tied the cutest St. Patrick's day bandana around her neck when she was finished. We will most definitely be using them again!
