My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage this afternoon and were not disappointed. We weren't sure what to expect as a gay couple since we couldn't find anything about being LGBT-friendly online, but thankfully there was no issue. Everyone that we interacted with was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Pam and Michelle did our massages and were great and professional.

Frankie Tan is possibly the best masseuse I have ever experienced. I could feel the effects of his work for days afterward. In fact I went back and had another massage from him a few days later, just before we left Berkeley Springs & headed for home. He creates a safe atmosphere, listens to any special problems with your body, has developed unique techniques that are very effective and is a kind and gentle human being. What a delight!

Great experience! The whirlpool bath and eucalyptus steam and wrap was absolutely relaxing! I definitely recommend it! It melted off a ton of excess stress, I had no idea was bothering me. The employees there were very friendly and helpful. Lisa and Michelle were great! Thank you ladies!

Unfortunately was dissapointed. Staff was nice though. Has a whirlpool bath first which was nice but the. I had to sit and wait 15 minutes for massage. The huge double terry cloth robe was very hot and I was so uncomfortable I couldn't relax. The massage was mediocre at best. Basically just a light touch rub down not a real massage and to top it off the masseuse coughed on me!! Luckily she had in a mask but I was still uncomfortable and tense throughout the entire process. Not enjoyable at all.
