I have to give Crystal a shout out! I called around to multiple salons in the area because I was trying to get the blue / purple out of my hair, and they all said it would be multiple appointments, and I went into smart style in Walmart on Foxcroft, and explained I wanted to go back to my natural color and get rid of the blue. Because of what I’d been told by other salons I was skeptical about it, but I did it anyways and I’m glad I did. In my eyes crystal did the impossible and I am highly impressed and pleased with my results. 10/10 recommend her at this salon!

Just moved here from Pa and needed my hair trimmed up. I showed the stylist pictures of my haircut when it was first cut. I even explained to her that one side covers the ear while the other side is very short. She cut the long side off above the ear! I now have to get my hair recut into a different style to try and fix it. I will Not be returning to this salon
