I love coming in and having my nails done. I’m always taken right away and they always make sure that I am happy. I love going to Ivy her coffin is on point every-time. Each tech takes their time and for that I thank you all so much.n*UPDATE*nIvy has been doing my nails for about a year now and I wouldn’t and couldn’t go anywhere else to have anyone do my nails. Everyone at Q nails treats me like family and I love coming there it’s so welcoming and I love getting my toes done by the other ladies and gentlemen there I never walk away disappointed.
I ventured in on a Saturday morning, expecting it to be busy, but there was only myself and 3 other customers there. I was seated right away for my pedicure (priced at $16!). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to find the exact nail polish color I wanted.nnThe pedicure included cutting and/or filing of the nails, cuticle clean up, a foot scrub, leg massage and hot towels on the legs while the toenails are being painted.nI was very happy with the results and the prices, and I will definitely return again!

THE BEST IN ALL OF MARTINSBURG, I frequently research salons to find my place and I just keep coming back here because they've never disappointed and as an artist I am very meticulous so they're perfection is really appreciated. The level of professionalism and cleanliness followed by their attention to detail is what tops it all of as truly the best here. It's surprisingly so hard to find such a gem and you will get your money's worth in quality.
Great gel manicure and massage for my wife. Glad we've found this hidden gem through their great reviews on Google &Yelp. Every time I visit with my wife, I can see that all the customers are properly cared for. The technicians and staffs take their time and the results are amazing. The work is as good as shops who charge 2 times or so for the same work. With the sickness going around, it's nice and comforting to come into a shop where everyone is practicing social distancing. They have always been busy so I highly recommend making an appointment over the phone to get yourself in their appointment slots
