Three trips there produced three sets of useless fingerprint cards. I’m out $63.60 because it’s impossible to get any customer service. They said my thumbs were weird, that’s why the cards weren’t printing lined up, but how does my “weird thumbs” affect the text from being misprinted as well?? The employees have no clue what they are doing, they just do what the poorly written software tells them to do. It’s all a joke. Don’t waste your time. Go to one of the local Police Departments, they are very experienced and actually know the proper way to take fingerprints.

Done fast.clean . professional. Had appointment and was in 15 min early and out 5 min after. Highly recommend for timely service
