Attempted to place in order here on a Saturday for 2 people. They were out of the following item: bananas, brownies, chocolate ice cream, strawberry ice cream, chocolate sauce, marshmallow sauce, strawberry sauce... essentially any items needed for some of the sundaes offered on the menu. Then we started trying to just order scoops of ice cream.. rocky road, butter pecan. Everything and anything seemed to be out. We finally ended up with vanilla ice cream that had maybe a tsp of caramel sauce on top, for the bargain price of $5 each. It was a long wait for really overpriced vanilla ice cream. Save your cash and buy a carton at the grocery store.

Hate to write this, but maybe someone from Baskin Robbins will see this to HELP the management and customer service. I placed a drive-thru order for 1 kids cup, 1 single scoop of ice cream, and a cake cone in a cup with two scoops. The person I was speaking with had a hard time getting this order right after going over it multiple times. Upon pulling to the window, I was charged with a kids cup, 1 double scoop, and 2 cake cones. I find out the person who placed my order was the manager and when I explained the items and charges he gave me were incorrect, he was not willing to correct my order and expected me to pay for items I did not want. The only other person working there came to help and tried to explain the problem to the manager who was still not understanding of the miscommunication and incorrect charges. Feel bad for the worker not having a manager that efficiently and properly handles business.

WORST SERVICE! I took a lyft because our family enjoys their ive cream. Big mistake! I asked for a 12 or 24 ounce Oreo. The largest they had was a triple scoop. Instead of trying to accommodate my request i was treated as if each question was a nuisance. When I finally settled for the few options available the woman moved so slow. Then took forever scooping the ice cream while my lyft driver was ready to leave me for taking too long. Finally a coworker came to help and moved a little faster. Then after i paid, still waiting for order to be completely scooped, i was told my 6 containers had NO LIDS! And the donuts i requested werent available either. This IS NOT the first time this has happened. Someone needs to teach customer service and inventory.

Every time I go they are out of something. Out of bananas for a banana split and no cups for Reese Cup Sundaes.. Not only that, the cashiers acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for the items. Get with it! Edwin Miller Blvd is so much better and so is the customer service.
