I didn't think I would like dunkin' donuts but I actually do. I usually just get the little donut holes that they call munchkins. Sometimes I get ice cream here but it sometimes tastes freezer burnt. But overall it's been good. The donuts are usually fresh. Staff is always friendly.
The staff works hard. Sometimes its gets slow but everyone stays in positive attitudes. Great coffee and sweet ice tea and ice coffee . Donuts can be softer. Overall great place.
Long wait times and some confusion with orders. I ordered on line and went in to pick up my food and they couldn't find my ticket. Oddly, it was between the cash registers...so the staff said he'll take care of it right away...my drinks came but my food was sitting in the window of the drive thru for God knows how long...finally got everything after a 15 minute wait...the staff are nice in demeanor but look and act totally confused, but willing to try. I think they need better leadership
Slowest ever fast food. I had six car ahead of me and had to wait for 40 minutes. I would never come back to this one
Very slow service. Ordered 3 drinks, one which was a black coffee and it took them 10 min to get them prepared. Food was warm at least
