The coffee is good but the wait just isn't worth it. I was in line for over 30 minutes and there was only 5 cars in front of me. I wouldn't recommend them if your just trying to get a quick cup of coffee. They really need to hire more staff.

Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru. Either hire more employees or get more training. Every time I’ve come here with more than 7 cars in the drive thru it’s like they shut down and can’t figure out how to be efficient in any way.

After a 25 min wait in line, slowest Dunking i have ever been to, the Bacon egg cheese croissant left alot to be desired. When you think and ask for bacon, you should be able to taste it, right? Not here. Not worth the time and money at this one. Never stop at the I s one again. Wasted my time and money. Sad day for dunkin.

Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes, finally got to order and Cocoa (the woman at the window) kept telling us to hold on because she couldn’t get the order out in correct. Told us she didn’t have something that was on their menu. Got to the window and after giving us one of the coffees saw the look on my friends face and her response was a very aggressive “what’s wrong with it?!”. My coffee was alright but I’ve literally never waited so long for two coffees in my life

I work at this particular store. I do prep work and the ud83cudf69 donut case. I canNOT help the fact that the drive thru takes forever to get thru. We are doing OUR BEST to serve each and every customer in a timely manner. Don't like drive-thru, come inside.
