Good food. Little pricey, but it's somewhat healthy... most the staff is nice.. decent options. Delicious pastries

I really like Panera Bread, but either price needs to go down, or quantity needs to be increased. I understand theres quality, but the quality is not good enough to justify the price.nI got a 5-6 dollar parfait that has a few spoonfuls of yogurt, a pinch of granola, probably 1/4th teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of mixed fruit. I got a 5-6 dollar breakfast wrap that barely had any filling in it, and the wrap was so toasted in could barely chew through it. The prices are just so steep for what little food you get. I would be happier to pay the prices given if more care was taken in crafting the food, or if there was more product.

We have had repeated poor experiences with the most recent starting with cold bread. My wife asked a staff member to warm the bread, wherein he ignored her outright. Did not engage with her when she requested for her bread to be warmed. On a positive note, and the reason this posting is a 3 star instead of a 1 star, the manager and remaining food was great. The food was commensurate with normal Panera food. The manager was stellar, as she was responsive and provided my family and I with additional warm bread for our inconvenience. Overall, the staff should be trained in customer service and food product temperatures.

I love their cheese broccoli soup in a sourdough bread bowl! During the shutdown, I was always too late to buy one. I REALLY missed it.

Make sure you double check your to-go order because they ALWAYS forget something. Pizza was cold and not sliced and the smoothies come in one size, equivalent to a shot glass. Last time I waste money here!
