This is a great place to recover after a busy week. I am a collegiate baseball player and I am consistently practicing and lifting weights. Going to this float spa was so relaxing and helped relieve so much tension out of my muscles. I had never used one before and I was very satisfied.
The infrared Sauna and Floating is an amazing way to de-stress and relax your body & mind. If you're dealing with back pain, muscle soreness, tension, stress this is a great way to relax and connect with yourself.
I am extremely pleased with the service, facilities, and most importantly my results after using the infrared sauna, iFloat, and oxygen bar! Reasons I float 1.early onset arthritis 2. Migraines 3. I work a fast paced high stress job 4. Bit of a control freak haha and we all know everything feels a bit out of control right now! iFloat meets all my needs plus some! I highly recommend iFloat Spa Victoria as a way to meet your health and wellness needs holistically as opposed to turning to meds! Even if your just looking for a great way to treat yourself or a loved one to a relaxing break from everyday stressors major or minor iFloat is a great option.
