Absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service here. From start to finish, Angelo made me feel comfortable and welcomed here- definitely a place I will be returning to! This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I had a few questions, which Angelo answered in a kind and informative manner. Never once did I feel judged that I didn’t have a full understanding of the procedure etc, I only ever felt taken care of and respected. Just a wonderful experience and I am so happy with my lashes! I freakin' love this Spa! I started seeing Heather about two years ago. She was able to completely change my skin for the better, and now I'm aging backwards. Heather Gordon Spa in Austin is absolutely amazing! So clean, relaxing and professional. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I went a few months ago and had the most fabulous facial that I’ve ever had in my life. Now I go regularly. I also love their skin care products. They are very affordable and work great.
Run, don't walk, to get the best Plasma pen treatment in town. I have been bothered by my under eye wrinkles for years. They are familial- my Mom has the same wrinkles. Heather treated my under-eyes and crow's feet wrinkles in July. They looked so much better after the healing process. Check out the Vimeo video for my before and after! Heather told me to expect best results about three months afterwards. Now, almost 4 months later, they are markedly reduced and my crow's feet are gone. I would highly recommend plasma pen treatments with Heather! I can't tell you how much I spent on eye creams to take care of this issue. plan on returning for one more eye and a peri-oral treatment.
