Beautiful place they really care to make you happy first language is not English but they all gather to understand and meet your needs I was a little fussy because of the pricing for what I needed on a hairstyle but they came to resolve and meet me half way the place is very clean and it looks amazing inside; I don't live close by if not I would actually come in a lot; on my way to a wedding found this place yesterday glad I did thank you; James!!!!
The worst!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I am so disappointed! The other brow place at the mall ruined my eyebrows so I grew them out for two months. This place overcharged (never told me that its $22 for just eyebrows) and my eyebrows are totally uneven!!!! I wear glasses so EVERYONE can tell! Also, they don't care about customer service or satisfaction at all. She wanted me to tip after she totally messed up. NOT OK!
Just got my eyebrows and upper lip done... took all of about 4 minutes and cost 36 DOLLARS! Which is over 2X what I’ve paid anywhere else.There were no prices posted anywhere. I was shocked when she told me the total price.nnI should have gone to Browz and Henna which is also in the mall... I’ve gone there multiple times and they’re great and have fair prices. That’s what I get for being lazy and not walking the extra 5 minutes. Won’t be returning here again.
All the girls are very caring, talented and professional. Now that its been remodeled it looks very luxurious. Its definitely my favorite place to go and get pampered.nI get my threading, waxing, facials, hair cut, hair colored, and my eye lash extentions there. Its definitely my one stop heaven on earth. I always leave feeling very well taken care of. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND WOULD RECOMEND TO EVERYONE !
Paid 22 dollars and worst eyebrows ever ..she not only spoiled the shape but had left blank space and messed up and upon showing g even the owner dont agree neither has courtesy to say sorry. They dont know how to do eyebrows therading..never recommend this place to anyone
