I purchased a Groupon voucher originally for my wedding in March 2019 and was attempting to schedule a facial. After contacting the owner they told me they didn’t have availability until May. So I tried again asking in May and they didn’t have availability until July 19. I texted today and asked if I could use my voucher still and after sending it (it’s expires July 20) they told me they were going to charge me $30 extra for it being expired.... even though I tried multiple times to get in. I understand it was a Groupon voucher and they make more money off regular clients but small business owners should probably treat new potential clients with a little more respect. I’ll gladly take my business somewhere else.
