This was a great experience!! A plus plus compared to other experiences. Nurse/laser tech, not sure of her title and not diminish it either, was great! Excellent people skills. In and out service, friendly front desk. Always friendly btw. Great scheduling turnaround! For sure recommend this location on Brodie in Austin, Texas!

This is a scam do not go here. I bought 2k of cool sculpting so I would look better for a wedding in June. I can’t get an appointment until the end of June so I do not need the cool sculpting at ideal image anymore. I feel very scammed that I wasn’t told I couldn’t get an appointment for over two months until after I paid for the services. I asked to be given a refund and the woman told me she would escalate to her manager and I have not heard anything in over a week.

This location was so accommodating to me. My appointment had accidentally been cancelled, but we were able to work with our schedules to get me seen today. Courtney was my nurse and she was super sweet and flexible. It was great customer service!!

Amendment: I received a call pretty quickly after writing this review from the manager, Stephanie. I will say that there were excuses but I’m a “let’s find a resolution” kind of gal. So, she was very kind to answer my questions about the procedure I will be having. She also figured out a way to fit me in sooner at a different location. I do appreciate the communication. Thank you, Stephanie! I will review and possibly give more stars if everything else goes smoothly after my procedures.nSuggestion for the company: make it so there’s open communication before people feel like they have to write bad reviews. That would resolve many of the issues it seem like you are having.nnI forked up $2000 to get a procedure done. My issues where not with that but the issue is with the fact that:nA. After giving money, I did not hear from anyone about making an appointment for 2 days and I had to contact the girl that took my money to let her know that that was the case.nB. When someone did call me, I could get an appointment for over a month and a half. I made the suggestion of splitting my visits up over two days so the time slot would be smaller. She said she would ask her supervisor and the also put me on a cancellation listnC. I have called and left a message 3x over the span of a couple weeks and no one has called me back about some questions I have and/or about my above suggestions.nThe lack of communication and the fact that I’ve given an agency so much money and they can’t take the time to call someone back, are very bad business practices. If I don’t hear from someone ASAP, I will be reporting this issue.

I am so glad I made the decision to come to the south location. Kelsey is the best ever, she is very attentive, caring and informative. I request her every time I have an appointment because she makes a semi painful process feel painless!!! Great staff from receptionist to the person performing the treatment!!
